Val,

in 2003, I defended myself succesfully against 3 charges of trespass on parliament. 40 days jail, because after the first one they let me out on bail and I went straight back - twice.

The primary argument in my case was that parliament cannot section its areas as they all have different functions. I would argue that if parliament has not sectioned the trespass by way of forcing you to seek permission to enter despite the order, then it is an invalid order. Additionally Penny Bright beat the trespass order defending herself after being dragged out of a tent.

If you want me to try and get my case I will apply to the court for a copy of the judgment.

Penny will surely send you a copy of hers - waterpressure@gmail.com. If you want any kind of assistance I am happy to help, and will attend in support.

Kind regards,
